Gazpromenergoservis Company was established in 1997 as a closed joint-stock company. The property form was changed to Limited Liability Company in 2003. Most of the company’s promoters are the Subsidiaries of JSC “Gazprom”.

  From the very beginning the activity of the company was directed to maintenance of power units of JSC “Gazprom” companies. The Management of JSC “Gazprom” has delegated strategy and tactics planning of the company’s activity to the Department of Energy.

  The company commenced its activity supplying spare parts and components for energy equipment and repairing electric motors. The necessity of mounting of the spare parts gradually arose apart from their supply. The activity was changed from electric power engines repair to emergency power plant piston engines repair and later to gas turbine engines repair. The next step that took place was the diversification from just equipment repair to mounting and adjustment of new equipment. Next boiler-rooms’ equipment and heat networks appeared in the list of activities. Finally the company found itself fully capable to service the whole range of equipment that provides power supply to industrial and civil units.

  Profile changes required huge management work, new qualified specialists, reliable partners selection. Subsidiary companies specializing on certain types of work commenced. The volume of works increased for more than hundreds times during the past years.

  Today our company offers the possibilities to carry out almost complete range of works on energy units including their design, construction, mounting, operating and repair.

  The vast experience of participating in construction, mounting and adjustment of domestic and foreign equipment allows taking into account advantages and disadvantages of some elements of energy supply systems. Natural wish to obtain disadvantages free equipment and to release from equipment manufacturers pressure occurs and leads to the idea of creation of the company’s own manufacturing capabilities to produce such equipment. The first step will be commencing of production of gas turbine power stations producing electric power up to 2 MW. The conditions for commencing this kind of production are evident. Works in this direction are carried out and will be continued in future.
